Refund policy

At TCG Flip, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase does not meet expectations or there is an issue with your order, please review the return and refund information below.

Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Any factory-sealed trading card or collectible product must remain sealed and unopened.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.

If Your Order Has an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product. For verification, include a clear photo of the item/product barcode located on the back of the product, not the packaging barcode.

After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, the item must still meet our return requirements.

Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping for Order Errors

When an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, TCG Flip may cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once an approved return is received, we will inspect the item before processing the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once processing or shipment has begun, we may not be able to cancel the order.
